Is DHA Phase 8 Z Block File a good investment for the next 3 to 5 years?

Is it better to try our luck with Z block file or pay higher price and purchase an existing plot in another sector of Phase 8?

Will the location of Phase 8 Z Block be worse than all the other Phase 8 Sectors?

Anyone know the time frame for the ballot?

Do you recommend any other investment in the same price range over Phase 8 Z Block?
