Are these negtive points that University is just infront of row of plots from T-783 to T-801 and that this plot row is close to DHA Reserved Area and Park Police Station. Please comment for both points.

I'm just concern when a house is built on the plot in this row and University opens, will this not affect privacy of residents in this block / area?

If any other reader know about:
