Which scheme/sector is better B17 G17 F15 and AWT for future..,

Be careful, G-16 has big problem of land acquisition. Only one sub-sector G-16/4 is partially devoloped. They have sold more plots than the land areathey own. it will be a big issue in near future if they could not acquire more land which is getting impossible.

What MAK is saying is correct. In G-16/4 if you buy in the developed area it is good and 500 sq yards will cost you from 38 to 55 lacs.

G-17 is in the air and transfer is not open, cost of a 500 sq yd file is from 6 to 9 lacs. it is not a good option.

F-15 is good and cost of 500 sq yd will cost 25 to 50 lacs depending on the state of development.

B-17 is very good. 500 sq yd in sector A, B and C will cost you 30-35, 35-42 and 21-30. Sector D and E will take time.

Ty for your previous comments. In my openion AWT should be best, it's an army project with all necessities of life required. And the price is much low as compared to others and developed .. So please give Your opinion about AWT .. 9 - 12 lack price for. 1 kanal is not bad I guess .. Compare AWT with others ..

G 17 is bad as per my research
F 15 is fine but expensive as compared
E 16 plots are no less then 20 lack

Any one selling a plot of 1 kanal in block A (preferred) Army welfare trust AWT please let me know ... I will cash payment for the plot hence the price should be very reasonable ..

D-16 is very good loacation and Plan. But it is a private society and its development is a far fetched dream. One day if it ever developed it shall be good.

D-16 is in zone 1 which is to be developed by CDA. D-17 Margalla view
society is in zone 2 and is already developed. It is getting populated and could be a good option too.

Dear All,

I-14 n I-16 are good. I-15 is not yet developed. In I-14 some plots were given to Mutasreen (original land owners) and they sell one file to more than one person to increase the number of Mutasreen in real terms. So be careful about it. Otherwise I-14 & I-16 are good.

The schemes having a good number of plots, with all the land under possession, good town planing, with wide roads n streets, quality of development, good natural condition of land with no filling, location of scheme and connectivity n access through wide n fast roads are good. This is a general rule that you can apply.

CDA, LDA, KDA and DHAs are the best. Cooperative societies come at No II and private schemes at No III. Exceptions like Bahria towns are always there.

There is no 1-kanal plot in I-16, either 10-marla or 8-marla. My uncle had issues with his plot in I-14 becasue of multiple owners for 1 plot, not sure how safe that will be if someone buys.
