Hi Arshad LRE staff never give opinion about any property they cant help you to know rates and and share facts, reason is as professional they cant take responsibility of, if your investment does not grow as per your wishes and you may blame them in open form.
However as one of member of forum I can tell you this area of DHA 8 and Z2 of DHA7 have cut off from the main DHA, Now you may get these plots bit cheaper , But track record shows that such cutting could not attract many buyers in future, neither holders found interested enough to start construction as fast pace. L-ater such plot under perporm as compared to main straem plots, one year Back you could find such a plot 5 lac chaeaper than other main blocks now difference is 10 Lac in if delivered then these plots may be 20 to 30 lac cheaper than other DHA 8, |
