Can any one tell me, how much time will require to begin development in NFC2?

tenders for main road development has been opened. if administration is serious then it is matter of time in days. |

The info i have is that fresh tenders have been offered and development work is expected to start in full swing in July/August. BTW, i have invested in NFC 2 for this reason and others. |

I have plot in NFC phase 2 but have not paid full development charges. Will there be any penalty and what are the prospects of keeping this plot. Thanks |

In my opinion, prospects are very good and society's office can answer the penalty question. i think very few ppl have paid full development charges and for transfer also only 4 installments have to be paid out of 12. |

Can anybody tell me that is the possession is given to the plot holders of NFC2 or not and are they ready to built plots. Moreover i have checked the lda website. NFC2 is not in their list of approved societies. is their any reason for this. |
