Dear Forum Members,

I want to invest 65 lac in DHA lahore. Need guidance from you whether to invest in phase-7 (pls specify blocks), phase 6 OR phase 8. Would be great if you could give some rationale for selection as well.

@ QRB,
Go For DHA Phase 7 R Block, It is fully developed and DHA can announce Possession any day.It is surrounded by M, L, N Block (has possession and construction activity as well), ideal for house construction and Investment purpose.

What is the minimum and maximum price of 1 Kanal in Block R?
Can you please mention any sample plot number/location in Block R with their price?

Thanks Salman Sb. I was also considering W block phase-7 (upper side close to golf plots). let me know if that's a better choice as compared to R Block
