i have around 60 to 70 lacs and i want to purchase a home. please suggest me either i am going for 5 marla or 10 marla and please also guide me which society is good.

Take a plot and make your own house.. Don't relay on others as you shall be surprised to see the condition after a year or even less. Do if you have time make your own .. |

for 70 you can buy a 10 marla in tricon village lahore (on canal) you will be paying that amount in installments (but you need to persue if you want to get your home constructed within timeframe) |

if u want home near dha than visit state life phase 1 and u can buy 1 kanal in 33 lac a very good location plot is available in 33 and rest u can spend on construction ,but construction khod karwain and if u want home near canal side than wapda town and joher town can cum in ur circle and also mustafa town |

Buy 2 Ten Marla plots in Fazaia. Make home on one and use other as lawn for your children |
