You can find a plot in DHA Valley in Islamabad in this price 8 marla, But the Development will finish in 2014 so , if you can wait for some time like 3 years then.

As far as i know, there is very little chance that DHA valley developmeint will finish in 3 yrs, the development speed is almost zero

Jubilee town 3 marla develop plot many houses constructed already visit the area gas arrived demand notices already issued the people and gas service line in front of house only meter fixed remaining time giving from sui gas department.

Lahore! lahore Hay Jee always speaking against DHAI Islamabad, Especially DHA Valley Islamabad, Why not Against DHA Lahore, Organization is same management is same, how islamabad management is crupt and lahore Bilkul PAK saf?

Please note that DHA valley is designed by OJMR & you don’t have any other project which involves so many multinationals.... n so the results would also be good...

DHA Valley has involvement of Bahria town's riaz malik, so dnt compare it with pure dha projects. i feel it is fraud project. u can search news on net. express news papers etc. i had allotted 2 plots in dha valley, but later i stopped paying it. same amount i had invested in phase 9 dha 5 marla, i only paid 3 installment now which is about 400,000 and i gained about 1200,000 on plot. so lahore dha and karachi dha r better than islamabad because these r congested cities and dha is near to older citi areas. while in Islamabad it is about 20 km away from blue area which islmabad's heart. so keept things in mind while comparing.

I Called DHA islamabad office on Friday & they told me that the Handover of DHA Homes will be in End 2013.On my Lat visit to DHA Valley July 2012 the work at DHA Homes was going on Speedy.I dont know if is still going at speed. But i did notice that the number of Houses were not much.
We went from Kallar seydan which was quite far.
We were not taken from DHA Valley main express way as it is in patches . The bridges are yet to be built.
Therefore it is wrong assumption that DHA HOMES will be handedover early. Lets consider the fact that DHA Phase II extension started in 2005 & still not developed after 7 years. For Valley it is only 3 years passed. Still long way to go. But one thing can be tell confidently that the Scope of DHA HOMES is very bright. The quality ,material & the Price of 42 Lacs is just perfect for 8MARLA Double story House.

I Totally agree.Its true DHA HOMES is the best Landmark at very affordable price. Current rate for ready homes already crossed 50 Lacs.The interior is just perfect .Servant quarter along with toilet totally seperate comes in 8marla is marvelous.
I called DHA Prooerty Exchange department and they said 52 Lacs for the Homes. and told that the prices will shoot to 60 Lacs upon Handover.Dont forget they carry the name DHA.
I am planning to get book one also.
