Hi All-
I spoke with the DHA Office in Lahore and they confirmed that Development Work has started and that all blocks will be worked on at the same time. Prices should go up by 8-10 lacs this summer in my opinion, and Phase 8 Prices will peak at 140 lac like Phase 5,6, etc. as plots mature. Phase 8 is great investment for near future, esp S Block where prices are a little cheaper (get more for your money in the long run).
