I am surprised as where all have gone the supporters of phase 9, like JK and others. Realistically think which is better phase 8 or 9. Closer to airport and ring road in phase 8 or closer to phase 3 via interchange and dircet assess from ferozpur road in phase 9. Please see and keep in mind future expansion n view. Short term fishes are ruinng phase ix but at a price of 27 u cannot even get a 5 marla even in least developed areas. Balloting of phase ix is just around corner and u will see the real jumps and peoples repents who trade phase ix for petty gains of 2-3 lac. By theway it is a bhed chaal increase in phase 8. How can prices be almost equal to phase 6 which is having 100s of houses increasing every year and boasting commercial avenue, golf course , beaconhouses and name what is not there
