i have 3 to 4 million prs and i want to buy a 5 to 8 marla commercial plot,pls suggest where i can found commercial plot within this budjet.

i want to construct a plaza ,on ground floor i want to have a departmetal store/bakery and upper floor for rent purpose.
pls give ur suggestion.
and how much it would cost to to built at least 3 stories. |

Pak Arab society have some commercial plots at MB good for bakery
one marla would have 225Sq ft and for 4 marla plot will have total size of 900 sq ft ...if u r not making basement....on turn key basis ...i mean from start to finish can cost u around 1500 Prs/sq ft now u can calculate how much its gonna cost u for each floor.
Hope it helps... u can reduce the cost by spreading it with small "thekas" but then u have to supervise the project by yourself.... |
