Dear members, we are about to transfer 1 plot of 10 marla tomorrow. dealer is asking 114000 as dha charges including cvt and other documents etc. commission is other than this.
please help me to verify this cost. :pkf

Transfer cost is almost 94,000 PKR. May be he including his commission also... |

which phase this 10 merla Plot is Located as DC rate is depepndent on That.
You have to pay these thing on 10 Merla plot
1. 2% of Specfied DC rate as Stamp duty[actually stamp paperes need to be puchased]
2. 2% CVT of Specfied DC rate
3. DHA Membership Fees I think 23000
4. transfer fees.
4. Dealer's Comession
