I need one kanal plot in IEP defence road. if any one has a plot there pls leave let me know.

logic is that 35lac for two kanal means less than a lac rate per merla too less as compare to other surounding towns. its under priced this is why no one is selling it as wel as i. |

The low priced 17 lac per kanal is in underdeveloped extension area. The reasonable located developed plots r at 25 lac/ kanal. |
