This the area of WAPDA town located located towards Satu Katla village it is not a complete patch rather few plots here and there it is close to Punjab Govt 2 and NFC 1 development is so so not well populated but few houses are there, 10 merla was about 17 to 20 lac one year back I am not aware of current price.
If you trying plot in this budget in this area then Punjab Govt 2 is better

What do you see the future of Wapda Town, Phase 2? Its price for 10 marla and 1 kanal, development standard and progress of houses construction. Do you think, it will at par of Phase 1.

location and approach is not inferior however there this is not a smooth patch of land, there are many encroachments, so no security is there that is why it is rated lower than phase 1 proper, so it has similar issues like WAPDA 1 ext,
