Assalam-o-Alaiqum all,
Would you please educate me what are the factors that put negative affects on Plot's price.
I know few but don't know most of them.
For example if its
- Near Boundary
- Near Graveyard
What would be the affect (positive or negative) of a plot near
- Sector Shop
- Mosque
- University / School
- Hospital
- Marriage Hall
- Play Ground
- DHA Reserved Area
- Avenue
Would you please comments more factors (positive or negative) that affect the price/value?

Other than Graveyards, Village entrence and Boundres and Exits Due To obvious reson pother Location are not lIked For Lack of Privacy
Sector Shops Privacy
Facing Commercilas Privacy and Rush Parkings etc
Mosque Privacy
DHA reserved area [it is beautiful name of encroachment or Unoccipied area]
Scholl Lot of Rush during day and after noon and Night Time empty so illegal activities also occur Pls Lack of Privacy
Facing Park [ I presonally ahte this Locatio] If it is open To public Lack of security and Privacy |

Hi all,
Can we see Overhead Tank marked on available DHA Phase 7 Map?
I can't see it but if u can, please point out any plot number on the map where Overhead Tank is mentioned?
Also, how's Electric wires are setup in DHA 7? Is it underground or same external Pole in other part?

I do not understand why the trend is that commercial facing plots are comparatively cheap. In my point of view the price for the comm.facing plots should be more than others. Example, if someone visit DHA-6 Block B & H, Some houses in B block facing comm. looking very beautiful rather than others because these houses have also front to Main Boulevard of DHA-6 and other some houses have back to the Main Boulevard are not looking very beautiful if you see the price for front plots are approx. 85 to 90 lack and back blots are being sold more than 100 lack. If would buy plot for house I definitely go for front plot. |
