Dear LRE team & All Experts:
Can you please tell me what is the future of I.E.P Sector B?? Especially with regard to 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal plots in I.E.P Sector B?
Do you consider current prices in I.E.P Sector B low, high or justified? What is expected in future?
Looking forward to feedback and comments.

IEP sector B should have been rated as below average of WAPDA 1 but it grossly under performed, though having good location as compared to sector A we dont see many interested people to build house there neither IEP have supplied all the facilities as are available in WAPDA, Now if you compare prices it looks very reasonable but looks one holder cant change the fate of a society or Block so as a whole i dont consider it good investment and you may be stuck for long time. At this stage IEP administration is also not very good and in hands of dealers. so there are valid reasons why this patch is not well populated where are surrounding areas are good. |
