As always been said... phase 9 file is a long term investment... not for 3 or 4 months. LRE said in their last month price tracker that phase 9 is a SHORT and LONG term investment. In Short term people have gained when they sold on 29 lac. In Long term, wait for next 5-7 years to get around 60 lac. Phase 9 started from 15 lac (after dropping from 40 lac). The trend by the end of next 5-7 years will be up. Be patience, hold on files, it is a long term thing. |
