LRE team & all participants. I am & expatriate and have a plot in phase 7, R block. If any body can give the tentative time for possession of this phase. Because I want to construct my house as soon as possible for settling down. As I am fed up of paying rents and the pressure of house owners.
your answer may bring a peace of mind to me and my family. thanx

Dear Khan,
Would the possession be given to old balloted sectors only like u mentioned 'R' or DHA will give possession to all balloted plots both old and new?

New blocks can take easily 3-4 years for possession keeping in view the old histoty of dha. |

The Development Work of R, S, T & U (Excluding New Balloted Area), Q Block is almost completed.Its now entirely up to DHA When will announce DHA announce possession of these blocks.In other blocks work is in progress and it is expected that development work will be completed by the mid of 2013 or before.

Every block f phase 7 is included except newly balloted area of Dha phase 7.but in the end nothing is confirmed until DHA announce officially. |
