Would you please evaluate the price of below Plots in Phase-7:
Y-3069
Y-3865

Can I also ask what would the affect of Sector Shop and Sector Mosque as above plots are not far from it? I remember you have mentioned few time ago that if plots are near Hospital/Commercial, there is negative affect of heavy traffic etc.

I heard newly balloted plots in Phase 7 has not yet been given the possession. Could we see newly balloted physical plot before we buy it and how long to wait approximately to get its posession?
