There are certain questions regarding locations,but they dont have clear answer and market trend goes like ""Bhair Chall""
Facing park is rated good as view from you terrace is good but in my opinion is serious risk of security and privacy, people can sit in park and watch who and when is entering house. The criminals can find good timing to enter the house.
Corner Plot is good for Gali Mohallah system but has no use in Controlled societies like DHA, Rther again it is security risk.
Facing Commercial is also rated less because of Lack of Privacy but also have certain advantages , there are no serious security risk area gets populated earlier and daily life things are available in walking distance. In less controlled societies one may use these plots for semi commercial ways like clinic beauty parlor, office or head office of certain business , as long as you not make it in form of Plaza there are no issues. However in DHA where there is huge difference in price of commercial and residence DHA may be doing Spying who is running office in these plots.
Most of bad locations given above may not be bad for living but quick resell is difficult due to market preception. |
