Can any body please let me know the market price of 10 marla plot in sector U, excluding development charges?

@ MH,
In U Block 10 Marla plots rates are from 24 to 30 lacs depending on location (Inclusive of Development Charges). The development charges for 10 marla is 9 lacs against newly balloted plots.

Its simple, if someone buy 10 marla plot of dha phase 7, lets suppose @ 28 lacs.The payment to the seller of the plot will be 28 lacs minus 9 lacs (Development Charges)= 19 Lacs. Nine lacs will be paid to DHA. |

The facility to development charges in installment is only available to first allottee of plot.If he want to sell before installment plan completed, then he has to clear all development charges at time of transfer |
