Kindly give me the assessment for the 8 marla commercial plots near boundary in Q block of DHA Phase 2, Lahore.

without have any idea of exact location ,appropriate value cant be considered.Anyhow,price for 8 marla at boundary ranges from 125 lacs-150 lacs. |

near boundry 8 marla commericial will be from 115 to 120 lacs. I think it will be seven marla because all lane is 7 maral unless has excess area.

This is good commercial area very under price and overlooked...In these days if one can buy 8 marla plot here ...lets say 120 lacs... and then make a plaza...spending 120 lacs...then its 8 marla commercial plaza ready to rent out in DHA most centrally, approachable and much used Bhatta Chowk...This area has Head Offices of many textile firms and usually plaza get rented quickly...GF+Maz+ Basement rent is around 100 to 125 thousands Per month and first and second floor can be rented for 60 to 80 thousands ...depends what u make in them... min if this plaza goes for 180 thousands then its .75% which is much better than getting half a percent from normal commercial properties these days.. If fruit and vegetable market goes from this area i think it would a little jackpot hit for any plot owner here...but in any case a good rental market is always there...i think under developed areas are good for rentals...try to get somthing more near to main road...with parking at front of the plaza...u would never go wrong.... |
