Mr adil Saeed, Please correct the price of Park View Plots of two Kanal from your previous rate qutation of 120 to 175 lacs as the rates are going up. You are just copy and Pasting of old rates.

A 43 @ 115 Lacs
A 49 @ 135 Lacs
F 241 @ 140 Lacs
E 72 @ 150 Lacs

Only on main boulevard 2 kanal seller demanding above 200 Lacs.

Not only Main boulevard seller are demanding 230-245 lacs but normal location plots seller are demanding 175 to 190. Plots you quoted are not worth discussion.

Mr. Fakhar, I don't know why are you having this conversation here. From what I understand is that if I want, I can buy a 2K plot at Rs. 115 lacks in Park View today and that's what is meant by a price range that Mr. Adil has put out there.

I don't understand the point of the discussion. BTW, what is your 2K PV plot number and are you planning on your selling it soon?

When we talk about the price range, it is not only the lower limit but the upper limit also. According to Mr. Adil "on mail boulevard 2 kanal seller demanding above 200 Lacs', but the price range Mr. Adil showing is 120-175. The correct price range would be 120-245, or whatever the maximum a seller is demanding. Mr. Fakhar is right when he says range is not correct, upper limit needs to be corrected.

Statistician Bhai, A seller can demand whatever he wants. If someone wants 245 lakhs (as per Fakhar Bhai' claim), it does not mean that deals are happening at that rate. Anyways, the ranges here are to give an idea of the price and they pretty much do. But anyways, as I said, this all is a pointless discussion as any of the rates posted here are not going to increase / decrease value of anyone's property.

Thanks for your comments, you are right, as was "common sensitician' and Fakhar also. But most of all, it shows how difficult Mr Adil's work is. He gives his precious time to this forum and provides lots of useful but free information to so many of us, even when sometime we have different view-point. It is not easy to accomadte view-point of all.
