I want to buy a 10 Marla plot in LDA Ave 1 can someone please guide me which blocks are good for 10M and dont have any legal issues and what is price range for 10 Marla plots.

C(upper part of C near the chowk), F, H and M blocks are considering good in LDA Ave1. These blocks have less litigation problems as compared to A,B,K and L Blocks. 10 marla price are 14 lacs to 20 lacs depending upon the location. you can get an average plot above mentioned good blocks in around 16 lacs. However good location plots such as on big road, facing park. back of the main etc are cost high price. around 18 to 20 lacs

Faizan sahib what is the latest about the litigation issue plz tell us what is the plan of the Lda authorities for the owners of the litigation plots.i have my plot in sector C,which is in conflict with Islamic research scholars society.plz share any news.
