Faizan sahib what is the latest about the litigation issue plz tell us what is the plan of the Lda authorities for the owners of the litigation plots.i have my plot in sector C,which is in conflict with Islamic research scholars society.plz share any news.

Asad Sahib LDA authorities have not decided yet how settled down the litigation Issues. Cases are in the court. Few months back a news was there in news paper that LDA is launching a new phase LDA Ave2 near Valencia and they are planning to adjust Litigation plots in that Phase but they did not take any practical step regarding this. After that they decided that they will return money to those people whose plots are in litigation but still nothing has happened. Few days back LDA Has vacated 200 kanals from Occupiers in block D near a village nasir gunj. Let see what they do with this land |

D block is already sold out. Only qabza group was cleaned out by the brave step of additional DG Lda ms marrium |
