Hi experts, I have stopped making any further instalments to BEMC project. Its because bahria failed to deliver within 1 year as they promised and still no development in progress. Kindly someone advise me what would be the consequences if i dont pay any instalments until they start some development there. Your replies will be much appreciated. Many Thanks!!
