it's 8 marla. It's worth over 30 coz it's corner and just front to the markaz, so in future it can be utilise as residential as well as for commercial purposes.
It's not in papers, the development begins but slow. Same size plot in G-14/4 which is just few blocks away cost over 50-55 lacs. It's good for future investment.
