Can anybody tell me the time required for the DHA phase 8 development to be completed and how many years it will take to get populated.
As teh development has started now so holding the plot in phase 8 until development completes how much can I gain if the plot in 1K in W block.
or it is wise to sell it now and buy back after some time when the prices of phase 8 will go down from peak.
and how much of the phase 6 is populated and is commercial activity already started in phase 6.

Dear Ahmad, Phase 6 is populated to an extent and getting populated very rapidly. There are commercial buildings being constructed very rapidly in CCA and MB; there already are two banks on the commercial plots. In my opinion, development of a phase takes years and so will Phase 8 development ( at least 7 to 8 years after development begins) especially if you see topography of the area. |

DHA Phase 6 is being populated very fast. You can see after one/two years Phase-6 B,C,H Blocks will be Defence in side the Defence. |
