A general question for my friends in the property industry:
The prices of DHA Phase 8 saw a rise due to development etc. Is this the right time to buy a plot or should we wait a little?

in my opinion at this moment phase 8 prices are inflated.
Reasons –
1- nothing on ground, no possession and rates are touching to 9 million like in W
2- Phase 8 (Ex-park-view) with possession and excellent work, populated i.e. average 01-02 houses construction starting per week. where good plot is available in 7.5-9 million and excellent in 9-10 million.
3- Next 3-5 years wait and then for populating next 5 years.
4- The prices must be 20% decreased in phase 8 to channelize market or vice versa surrounding prices must be 20% higher like phase 8 Ex-Park-view and phase 6 |
