Can anybody comment on the current situation/status of Rates, development in this socicty. Should i hold my one Kanal plot or to sell.

Just wait one year, prices are increasing in this sector, lot of property dealors have established their offices in E-16 sector,after starting Margallah Avenue prices will go up. Please wait, E-16/17 have a good future because of its development work and its approach etc.

Amjad sahib, my observations are limited, perhaps Mian Nadeem sahib’s comments will be more valid. But one can say with confidence that once Margalla Avenue is built, it will definitely bring a positive change. Residential and business opportunities provided by all societies in west side of Islamabad will turn into great opportunities. CDA is continuously failing masses whereas some private societies are providing excellent development work.
