Bahria Greens. Actually Bahria re-named Oversead Enclave to Bahria Greens, adding more land and plots. Its surrounded by DHA-i sector F and phase-8. Also of construction that area, I have seen it. My suggestion not to rush and apply, wait until end of month and there will be many plots in market either at lower price or same. Thats how you will be able to get real on ground plot that are being bought by investors.

I guess ...if you can buy on lump sum amount , that you should wait ...not only in Bahria , anywhere else as well ...if you pay lump sum you can buy a plot at a cheaper price ...however if you are someone like me , who can only buy in installments , than its a good investment ....In my humble opinion ...Bahria is better than DHA atleast in Pindi/Islamabad for sure ....for those who are in that area ...is it to the opposite of PHASE-7 bahria ...near the police station ?
