What is the charge per year, you have to pay, after possesion, if you dont construct your house. I have heard that central park has recently imposed charge fo Pak. Rs. 10 k per annum |

Yes they charge appx. 900 rupees per month for security, maintenance and upkeep of the society. It does not matter a lot when we consider the expected return on investment for next few years. After all it is a one kanal fully developed on ground plot with all dues clear, in a very decent society for just around 20 Lacs. Where else can one get such price in a comparable housin scheme. Prices are expected to rise in Central Park and other schemes on main Ferozepur road since the installment of Lahore Metro Train track is in full swing on Ferozepur road. This Lahore Metro train will run from Gaju Matta to Shahdara. |

Price range for 10 marla is 6.50 Lacs to 14 Lacs. On ground plots are more expensive and in the upper side of this limit. These on ground 10 Marla and 1 Kanla plots in Central Park are clearly much better investment compared with OPF extension. OPF extension is not only more expensive it may take more than 10 years to get the plot there with poor development standard, if we go by the history of OPF. Even in Central Park you should only consider on ground plots with possession as the plots which are not developed, although cheaper than on ground plots, yet may take indefinite time to be handed over to allotees. |

Yes plot in Central Park can be transfered to your name while you remain in UK. It is just like DHA, buyer does not have to be present at the time of transfer. You relative or agent can assist in transferring the plot to your name.
The cost of construction depends on the covered area and quality of material. A reasonable quality single storey 4 bedroom can be constructed for around 3.5 to 4 million. For luxurious construction you will need more.
