Assalam o alykuym All,
I purchased plot in Umer block, Sector B, Bahria Town lahrore.. Size of plot in Map and demarcation plan/Site plan is 30 x 60. I designed a map and went for demarcation to start construction. But on ground Length of plot was 45 from one side and 60 from other side. I have given application in bahria town. What else i should do or how should i proceed to get this issue resolved.

bro whats the problem you gut more land then you paid for MOOjan (smile)
seriously this has happened to me too that they say something on the possession letter and the situation on ground is diffrent, go see the construction dept. |

In Papers:
My plot was full size ( 30 x 60 ) and its was not on boundary wall neither in map nor in possession letter.
On Ground:
Its on boundary wall and size is also less. front is 31, Back is 21, one side is 45 and other side is 60. |
