Hi I want to share the Thoughts about the Plots facing commercials in DHA 7, as I might go for purchase of such a Plot. in line Q 699 to 708
How are these Plots for resale Like 5 years Down the Time what is difference in price as Compared to an average resodentail Plot. Currently I getting approx 5 lac Cheaper than an averge Q Block Plot.
what are the benefits of wide 70 feet Road
Is there any precedent that these be Converetd to Commercial by Paying some fees,
can they be used as offices
can they be used by embasies or Conucilates etc.
Lookingat Location of Q Block in phase 7 I dont think that Crowding be an issue as in Y Block the Only Issue can be Privacy, But this area will be developed nicely and be Populated earlier.

If u want this area to remain nice then u should not think to convert these plots....but anyway ur thoughts will not have any impact on DHA...DHA has never allowed any commercial activity and i truely mean any commercial activity..... in DHA other than their designated commercial areas...so

:) NO embassies ...its not becoming a blue area...
or neither councilate will come here...
Noise and traffic nuisance will be an issue for residents that's why historically these plots always remain less than normal same block plots. |

DHA have never allowed to to Convert such Plots into Commercial like LDA did in past. These Houses are good for renting as there are lots facilities also in these areas, |
