please explain me logic as why phase 6 good developed blocks , abcjhk etc are almost ofsame price as of phase 8 undeveloped plots which at least require 5-6 years to reach a level of phase 6. Please donot give logic of location as t w blockin phase 8 and h j block in phase 6 are almost at same location. Phase 8 plots have deep deperssions, graveyards around with no wortwhile town plan. On the contrary phase 6 boasts all beautiful golf and commericial areas parks etc. If it is only location parkview phase 8 has best location and a fully developed plot is available at the same price on which phase 8 t w x u v plots are bring traded .

IN DHA Phase 8 Sellers demands are very high therefore trading is very slow there. |
