DHA-2 is now facing an upward trend in spite of all the wrong doings, DHA is exercising in extension.
I think the reason is that DHA-2 is getting populated on a vary fast pace.
A one Kanal now starts from 50 lacs and goes to 65 lacs on the main boulevard. You can always get a lower price plot near the sewage plant or near the boundary wall, Grave yard, schools, parks, etc
But do not expect now below 42 Lacs. If it does then for sure huge filling is there and compacting will cost you 5-7 lacs. |
