Asalam-O-Alaikum.
I want to sell my house in block C Judicial Colony Phase 1 Canal Road Lahore. It is a 10 marla single story and old house. Total constructed area is 1100 square feet. Kindly can some expert suggest what price can I get for my house?

Present day plot price + the construction cost at the time of construction your house.Let me know your calculated price.

depending upon condition of house however it should be around 55-65 lacs.

Dear all,
please note that a new property transfer tax has been proposed and under consideration of the govt. which will increase the transfer fee of the house from 2% to 10% per transfer. If this bill gets approved then the property prices shall be effected by a factor of 8% in minimum. So, if you are really interested in the transactions then do it now. |

you are right...just i am adding that the prices are expected to be decreased in the coming time by 8%. This is the counter measure of the Govt to control the artificial price hike... |
