Dear Naeem,
Phase-1, Lahore was lanched in early eighties. After passing more than 35 years, still its roads are not developed.Because this society is basically for overseas Pakistanis, hence very few houses are constructed here. The infrastucture i.e. roads, electric poles, plantation etc is of a very poor quality.
The same future will be for OPF extension.

Can any body could provide OPF housing scheme phase 1 extension map and actual location.
