Salam,
I've hard earned 35 Lakh rupees which I would like to invest for good return in 2-3 years time.
Someone suggested to buy 10M allocation file in Phase 6 (D-Block) worth 34 Lakh. Is it a good investment ? What other options would you recommend ?
With regards to 10M file in Phase 6 D Block - does anyone have good idea on the location where the plot will be alloted ? I'm worried if its a bad location (near Lather village or graveyard).

if i would have 35 lac i prefer on ground ph 7 plot but ph 6 is also good option |

Thanks Sultan. Any idea where the plots will be alloted, is it definately going to be D block in Phase 6 or could be any other block ? I'm also not sure about the development charges associated with these files ? |
