5 Marla Plot Construction,

Dear all, i have plot in Bahria town Rawalpindi Phase 8 ali block so please guide me for construction of 5 Marla how much will be the cost for 5 Marla double story and can i start with 12 lacks as i have some saving and what is the best way for construction as i am out of country and if i will construct first floor so the second i can construct slowly as i think 12 lacks is not enough for double story construction so please guide me and it is better to construct now in phase 8 ali block are no.

construction cost is around 1500 rupees, per square feet.
You can calculate how much area in sq.ft you plan to construct on your 5 marla plot, then you would know how much money you need.

1 Marla = 30.25 sq yards = 25.2928 sq m = 272.25 sq feet.
5 Marla = 151.25 sq yards = 126.464 sq m = 1361.25 sq feet.

construction area, 5 marla = 1361.25 sq feet * 1500 = 2041875 rupees

So you need 21 lac ruppes to start the construction for 5 marla single storey home.

There is house 01 kanal with grey structure (03 BD at groung and 03 bed 1st floor) in Architect society Lahore. Value of land is 34/35 lac. what should be it cost, i want to purchase it. Owner is asking about 75 lac. Please guide me in this regard.

As salam o Alikum,
I am overseas pakistani. Want to buy a house in DHA Islamabad (Phase 2 or DHA Villas) or Bahria Rawalpindi (phase 1 to 6). Which is a better place to live for my family?
Which is safe investment as I will be living out of the country most of the times.
Also please let me know the procedure of transfer?

Marla of 272 sq ft is agriculture or old british measurement now it is just 225 sq ft in a marla so 5marla means 5×225=1125sq ft... nd u need not to cover the whole of it...
