Genuine businessman keep generally low profile. MR over involved himself in politics, probably ultimate objective of king maker. No doubt he has become in a sense that he was instrumental in all recent political developments.he was so influencial that he promised with shareefs that babar awan will be side lined in ppp,same thing happened on what pretext may be. he brought back aitzaz in ppp leadership. he was funding pti.y it was MR who build consensus bt shareefs & zardari regarding appointment of chairman NAB thats why pmln did not agitate on faseeh bokhari appointment. nawaz shehbaz zardari hamza chauhdarys general journalists media tycoons beurocrats, he has got hold of all influencial segments of state. the power game has its own implications and u make a move sometime u miscalculate the momentum of ramifications and sometimes u misjudge a judge and that take u to judgement day. too much money and power spoils but in this case poor BT and DHA valley invertors are spoiled. NRP confidence will never be restored after DHA valley episode.

I have been reading this article last few days,Certainly i was and am worried also but when I see the DHA islamabad they are progressing the development of DHA homes and to some extents DHA valley.then I think that it is not BT whom we have paid the money it is DHAI who is responsible for the Delivery of the houses and plots and in past DHA islamabad has delivered sone Villas and Plots in DHa Islamabad.
So I think DHAI is in the same boat together with BT but still one leg is out of the boat and DHAI is in a better position and can further make their position better by giving results and that is not impossible for DHAI.
If they dont deliver the DHA homes this year they will deliver next year. and If they dont deliver the WHole DHA Valley they may deliver some parts of DHA Valley.and can accomodate the rest in some other blocks or refund the amount to make their position better.
I mean it is not A DOOM's day scenario.still hope is there and Always be happy, Dont trust anymore on DHAI in future projects until they perform better. |

oh baba chil, we just go after anyone for any reason. NO DOOMS day. DHA Valley and other projects will get delivered, it takes and will take some time and there are many reasons:
1. Look at country's situation. Zero investment, Zero return.
2. DHA owned prep projects e.g. DHAI-1 ext, DHAI-2 ext and x commoners not delivered yet. They have been delayed by few years.
3. Due to high inflation, the cost of development is rising by minute. |

we should chil. you may be right. ground situation is different.23 of my friends in dubai,abudhabi ivested around $600000 in dha valley. some of them now want to sell for personal reasons but cant sell. dollar value is increasing and their investment is doomed. if you can buy their files at par they will definetly chil, but now everyon here feel betrayed. u will see the impact in coming days. NRP are cursing MR and DHA. Now a days when u can buy an appartment in madrid or barcelona in spain with monthly rent of 700euro at the same price of one cannal plot in phase5 of dha lahore. i think NRP should broaden their vision and take advantage of opurtunities any where in globe. As i know, people of Pakistan invest in files business in a hope that they will win a plot in ballot and resell it in blackmarket or with profit.
99% are speculators and only 1% are true buyers.
Unfortunately, Current political situation have failed all speculators so now they want their original money back at this opportune moment, but this is not how trading works. |

DHA Valley seems to be a lost project now because it was ill planned by grabbing land of Dadocha dam. SC ordered DHAI to surrender dam land after which DHA Valley can not be developed as initial plan and blocks layout.
Seems like people have lost their investment and probably may get refund (which I doubt) in 5-10 year if things get better (which again I doubt). |

I totally agree with Anwar Badami. Yet once this express way is completed which will connect DHA Homes and Valley its all going to be just fine. Some one told me that the work on Express was is going on good pace now.
