If there will be any panic in the market then this bloody tycon will purchase plots from you @ throw away prices and resell the same @ double prices as exercised in Azalia, Rose & other blocks.

Well, in my opinion the situation for on ground plots and built houses in BT will not change as they are already at reasonable price. On going projects and files can suffer from this. Anyhow i am not more fan of BT regarding non load-shedding area.

Well i think there might be problems beacuse of the current Malik Riaz situation but the problems will only be limited to the DEVELOPING sectors( Bahria encalve , phase 8/9) of BT and not for the DEVELOPED ones ( Safari villas, Phase 1-4 in pindi etc.)

its a private company and most of the people dont own a house in bahria twon the request to owners is that get the title dead transfer in their name at the first place.

You all are Muslims, just ask your own heart; What can be the future of something raised on bribe money? Yaqeenun 'Deemuk kay Gharonday' ka mustaqbil kia ho sakta hay. I think RM did all that intentionally as he was going to get bankrupt (my personal view)soon you will come to know the factual position. Wallah Aalam.
