ISLAMABAD, Jul 11, 2011: Consumer body advises caution in investing in CDA and Bahria housing enclaves;[3]
"The investor/ consumer has right to know if Bahria has NOC from CDA which is mandatory for the housing scheme and if CDA has the possession of this land."
"Both schemes need to be analyzed in the light of the law of Competition Commission of Pakistan which prohibits the deceptive marketing practices by distribution false or misleading information to consumers."
"Both schemes are located in environment sensitive catchment area of the Rawal lake. The consumer needs to know if the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of both the schemes is conducted."

As i know, Bharia has its own laws, and are better than most of Pakistani laws!

I think its time for Bahria to stop adding wheels to their files and continue to keep development with highly quality, ignoring low quality laws.

These Schemes Bahria/CDA enclave would pollute Rawal Lake drastically from where water is supplied majorly to Rawalpindi.

If CJ is removed these societies would go on
