in Phase 7 of DHA?
Further, what is the future outlook of Q block of DHA phase 7? is it really a good investment for better returns?

Q 1063, 1064 & 1065 has market value 125 to 130 Lacs
Q 1062 can be sold around 40 to 42 Lacs
