What is the Legal value of Bahria transfer letter. Is this a safe title document in eyes of law. I heard that all plots and zameen is owned by director Ali Riaz not the Bahria town company. So he is the real owner in eyes of law. The transfer letter issued is not by him but it is from bahiria town, which is a piece of paper.
Furthermore property tax dept sends tax paper to owner themselves; it means tax guys accept Bahria transfer letter.

ZNS it is not same. DHA and CDA are approved Housing Authoriries by act of Parlimant to issue Allotment letter and all land is owned by these Authorities. In case of Bahria Town it is not Authority rather a private company, it does not own any land and can not issue legal Allotment letter. In Bahria case the land dead should be a registry in the court of law and then Transfer(intiqal) from the Thesil. I hope this clears the difference |

Is it wise to buy a plot for resdiential purposes in Bahria Rawalpindi? How this crisis will affect future of Bahria Town? Will the crisis fizzle out in few weeks or it will have lasting impact? |
