I have only one lump sum of investment which I cannot afford to lose. Belong to a middle class working family. I have an option between D 12/3 and D 12/2, same size 10 marlas. Obviously the plot in phase 3 is expensive. Which should I go for. Purchase is only for investment purposes. Should I even be investing in this sector at all.
