please guide on investment options in above cities worth max rs 5 million for 2 - 3 years. Looking for a gain of about 20 lac. my Options include one kanal in Dha phase 2 or phase 1. Also possibilty of phase 2 extension in k - l blocks. Is it worth to make some investment here ? Are still files available or one can buy on ground plots in phase 2 extension. Price and future scope ? I am not inclined in investing other socities but may be on bahria town phase 7 or 8. Please guide, many thanks
