LDA Avenue not completed even after 12 years,

This is only because of Malik Riaz’s Ties with Previous Government (Mian Amir) and Current Government (Humza Sahbaz)
Following Events will further elaborate my observation
LDA Avenue was started in 2002 when property boom is at its initial stage. When MR sees the situation first he delayed the development work to because he has to launch the sector C.
After decline in property in 2007 and on public pressure he allows government to iniate development work in LDA Avenue. However, he delayed the possession by holding Qabza Mafia and giving amount to Mafia and LDA employees to delay the litigation cases.
Now please give answer to following questions
Why LDA did not launch any new Scheme after LDA Avenue?
Why Shahbaz Sharif did show any interest in completing the LDA Avenue?
Why LDA Staff did not able to resolve litigation Cases?
What is the reason of delay in development work?
Look at the rates in Sector D and E and their approach as compare to LDA Avenue?
Why LDA did not able to remove Qabza Mafia?
Why Punjab government did not take any action against LDA for not completing the work?

This is only because of corrupt man Mr. Riaz and his Kany’s
