If BT company go into default or liquidation, do u think all the plot owners and house owners property will be auctioned by court authorties and what they have paid to BT for their property will be all gone. Some lawyer can put light on it.
God forbid if it happens all safari villas and houses can be vacated by court orders to get the possession of property of BT company. So we are not the owners in the eyes of law.
How we the residents and plot buyers are safeguarded by law. Please comment . Lawyer's views are welcomed.

Law is not blind. You have paid to them and u have proof of that . Law will protect you. All house n plot holders will be compensated ..

Chill guys. Why would Bahria go into default, against whom, against what? Hypothetically, even if it does, owners are separate entities, why will court order auction? Please make some sense, thanks.

Waiting for a comment based on law. Law is blind. It does not see who is been effected and how many persons are effected.
