Real estate market of bahria town lhr is very much normal! there's been no decline in the prices! investors have hold their investment only genuine sellers in the market! & mind you its the best time to buy in Bahria town, once this self made drama is over, the prices will shoot again like they did last year!

In my opinion also, there is not reason to panic. I have also been following the lahore bahria market very closely and there is no panic selling as such. Can anyone in this forum give us exact picture of rawalpindi/islamabad bahria market?

Mr.Khan you will see the effect on bahria town prices very soon, as now many other cases will also be opnened against MR, surely the prices will go down of BT lahore as well, as BT islamabad prices are down already by 20% especially for BT Enclave Islamabad.
